1. The Seller

These Terms govern your use of the Felicita service ("Felicita", "we", "us"), operated by Felicita. By using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Service

Felicita lets you generate personalized illustrated stories and travel albums using AI, and download the result as a PDF after purchase.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including: unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing third-party intellectual property, uploading content you do not have rights to, attempting to bypass security, scraping, or generating content that is hateful, sexual involving minors, or otherwise prohibited.

4. Generative AI

The service uses third-party AI models to generate text and images. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not unique to you. You are responsible for the prompts you submit, your use of outputs, and confirming you have rights to any reference photos you upload (including of identifiable people). Outputs are not professional advice. We may filter, restrict, or refuse outputs that violate our policies.

5. Intellectual Property

The Felicita platform, branding, and software are owned by Felicita. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. You retain ownership of content you upload and outputs you legally generate, subject to the AI providers' terms.

6. Payments — Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellations and refund mechanics are described in Paddle's Buyer Terms.

7. Service Level

We do our best to keep the service up, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations of these Terms.

9. Disclaimer & Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
