Who we are
Felicita ("we", "us") operates this service and is the controller of the personal data we collect from you.
What we collect
- Account information: email, display name, password hash.
- Content you create or upload: story prompts, reference photos, album photos, titles.
- Usage data: device, IP, browser, basic telemetry to operate the service.
- Order data: which item you purchased and your order ID (payment details are collected and held by Paddle, not us).
Why we use it
- To provide the service (account, content generation, downloads) — contract performance.
- To prevent fraud and abuse — legitimate interests.
- To improve the product — legitimate interests.
- To meet legal obligations.
Who we share with
- Hosting and infrastructure providers (database, file storage, edge compute).
- AI providers (Google Gemini via Lovable AI Gateway) for content generation. Reference photos are sent for processing only.
- Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for sale of the product, billing, payments, tax compliance, refunds and invoicing.
- Authorities where required by law.
Retention
We keep your account and content until you ask us to delete it or until you delete your account. Order records are retained as required for accounting and tax obligations.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, restrict processing, object, withdraw consent, or complain to a supervisory authority. Contact us through our website.
Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, RLS in the database) to protect your data.
International transfers
Your data may be processed outside your country by our hosting and AI subprocessors, under appropriate safeguards.
